Once your order ships from our production facility you will receive a shipping notification where you can track and follow the shipment. Most shipments arrive in 1-5 business days depending on the distance from our location.
We typically use UPS or Canada Post to all of our shipments. International customers are responsible to pay for any duties/taxes/brokerage fees required on the shipment.
Transit Times - You are able to select the transit speed initially during checkout. If you want to change it after you've placed your order then please send us an email. For our Free Shipping we use ground service.
Incorrect Addresses/Address Changes - If your address is input incorrectly into the order the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or return shipping charges that we may incur. If you notice that an address is incorrect, please reach out to use to avoid any delays or extra charges.
Damaged Items - On the rare occasion that a shipment is damaged when you get it a damage claim can be opened. Be advised we use a double inspection system prior to anything leaving our facility, meaning at least two people look at each item prior to ensure any imperfections are caught prior any bat being boxed. If your shipment is damaged upon arrival you will need to keep all packaging materials (bags/paper/boxes) for us to file a claim and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require pictures of everything to open a claim. Per UPS/Canada Post, any more time than this and we will not be able to file a claim on your behalf. Once we receive all of this information within the allotted time frame we will open the claim and let you know the next steps. Typically this may take a couple of days.
Lost Items in Transit - If items do go missing for some reason during transit. A claim can be opened and we will replace the items for you.
Multiple Orders - If you have multiple orders in our production queue at the same time we will ship all orders at the same time.
