Speed Trainer - One Handed

Looking to continue to improve your skill in the batters box? This one handed speed trainer is a tool that will help with strength and muscle memory. Available in sizes 20" to 26".  The extra weight is in the counter balance on the end of the knob and the extra wood above the hand.  Once you start swinging it correctly, it should't feel as heavy as it is.
